You've heard it on the national front - the real estate market is picking up! That is certainly true in Stowe and Waterbury Vermont. At this point, this is good news for both sellers and buyers. The number of homes sold it the 3rd quarter of 2012 is up. The sale prices have remained relatively low and the inventory of homes available for sale has decreased. For Sellers - the market is moving and the inventory is low. For Buyers - the prices are still good and the interest rate remains low.
