Every day ActiveRain blog posts teach members to be the best and the brightest in real estate practices. Today I learned yet another lesson from BROKER BRYANT about Offering Clients Clear Communication.

WRITE IT DOWN! For me, the speed of everything makes clear communication a challenge. If we have three Clients calling on the phone and some are speakers of languages other than English, written communication becomes essential. Written communication is the only way to be certain that Atlanta Homes ODAT Realty is Offering Clients Clear Communication when more than one language is involved.
Since we have Clients in different time zones, we want to be the one firm that is Offering Clients Clear Communication since the Client may be in the middle of the night at the same time we are mid-day in Atlanta.
