17 Comments on Fall 2012 Housing Market in Clark County, Wa - Good to Buy and Sell!
Fall is a time of year for lower than normal homing inventory. We are there now.
Tim, it's also hard to predict how long the current values and low interest rates will last - time to move.
Maybe I'm a little late but love the new picture! Fall, Spring, Summer, Winter. Purchase a home whenever!
Hi Debb - Lovely fall photos and you're right: all of the indicators point to the advantages of making a move now. We're at or just on the way up from the bottom of the market, and interest rates are doing great things for affordability.
Hi Debb... Tis true, during colorful fall our thoughts start to turn indoors. I could certainly see myself sitting in front of that great big beautiful fireplace when the weather turns! I agree, the conditions of the market here in the Northwest don't get any better than they are this fall.
Debb, Very good photos and an inspiring message that should make some buyers and sellers really start thinking.
Whatever your season in Clark County WA, Debb Janes is the Realtor you should put your trust in!
Debb,
Lovely post and your reasoning is flawless. Yes, even we in the midst of Indian Summer (loving it), get drawn to the concept of a fireplace, raking leaves and hot chocolate. Have a great week, A
Wow Debb-I just love this post...what an eloquent and beautiful way to explain to both buyers and sellers that the time is now in the Clark County WA area! I just had to suggest this post!
Debb, what a beautiful post, and Clark County looks like a great place to move to! With rates, and prices - it is the time to buy!
Debb,
I think I missed your B-Day. Happy belated B-Day and I will raise a glass to you having many many more of these B-days in your future.
Your pictures in this blog are wonderful. This fall I am seeing nothing but folks who want to buy way into the future or so they say. This past spring there were lots of buyers.
Cheryl, you're never too late. Good to see you. Yes, year round - it's always a good time to buy with the right Realtor guide.
Dick, it's a matter of time. Snooze and lose and all that stuff.
Rene, tis the season to evoke powerful and visceral reactions using the correct marketing.
Debbie, I'm sure hoping so... :)
Why thank you Anita Clark.
Debb-I would tend to agree with you that the number of buyers looking to purchase may be reduced slightly but he ones looking are serious. We don't often have these unique market conditions.
Best
Fall is a great time to sell...here in New England the landscaping is far more attractive in the Fall. Everything is so gloomy and muddy here in the Spring!
Alexandra, it's an emotionally charged time of the years\ when our thoughts to home and hearth.
Debb ~ Fall is a wonderful time of year to buy & sell, I agree! Call Debb Janes today!
