Fall 2012 Housing Market in Clark County,WA - It's a good time to buy (and sell)!

Admittedly, spring may be the most popular time to buy a home, but there are many good reasons to buy (or sell) a house this fall in Clark County, WA.

Home sellers, consider this. Fall is a beautiful time of the year - chances are your house is looking good amid all the rich colors of the season. 


Plus, cooler weather conjures up images of cozy fireplace scenes and holiday baking in the Cozy Homes in Fall kitchen.  It’s charming, and more importantly, evokes warm emotions.

Did you know that home prices are also stabilizing, and even starting to increase, in some Clark County neighborhoods? It’s true, and good news for sellers.


Finally, Fall buyers tend to be pretty serious and motivated. You may not have as many “just curious” showings to deal with this time of the year.

Fall 2012 is shaping up to be a good time to buy in Clark County, Washington.

Hi Debb... Tis true, during colorful fall our thoughts start to turn indoors. I could certainly see myself sitting in front of that great big beautiful fireplace when the weather turns! I agree, the conditions of the market here in the Northwest don't get any better than they are this fall.

Debb-I would tend to agree with you that the number of buyers looking to purchase may be reduced slightly but he ones looking are serious. We don't often have these unique market conditions.
