Last week, Matthew Shadbolt of The Corcoran Group wrote a post about Curated Content and where our online content goes over time.
The simple answer is: it disappers. The article tracks content from various places on social media and found that over time the amount lessens and eventually evaporates. It's just too much to keep track of. We suspected that all along, didn't we? Or does this come as a surprise?
The real issue for posting, tweeting and pinning our content for business is that we can't count on it showing up forever. Thinkup is available to save our content. Blogs we know how to protect, but with all the other places we post content, this is something we can't ignore.
