Hi Silvia, there is a time-line for the filing, anyone who meet the requirements, contact their servicer or National Mortgage Settlement Administrator ASAP.
While many people are trying to forget the nightmare of foreclosure they could find some relief in this settlement. I sure hope the information is getting out to the people who need it most. Thanks for sharing, Kwee.
Hi Teral, I thought this was useful enough to pass on.
Excellent post and a timely topic.
Have an outstanding week.
Thanks Roy.
I am bookmarking this post - I would have definitely thought it was a scam. Thanks for sharing!
Good Evening Kwee,
This is good information for homeowners. Thanks for sharing it with us
Thanks Kwee, I think California is the only state not participating, correct?
Not familiar with this program, but it sounds promising for those wo quaify...Nice way to get this news out!
It is hard to get and really it is IMHO another government hand out. Why not just reset their loans and let them stay there if the government really cared and if people are not making their payments put their butts on the street don't reward them.
