AFTER THE PRELIMINARY IS APPROVED WORKING DRAWING BLUEPRINTS WILL BE PRODUCED @ $1500.00 And INCLUDE:

3. Second Floor Plan 1/4"scale

10. One set of minor changes allowed for working drawings included. If major changes are needed a negotiated hourly rate will apply.

I had my own house built. I like that idea best. My design the way I wanted it rather than to take someone esle's idea.

If they have the money, they should do it. There is great joy in seeing the results in building something from nothing. I hope great things come to you this year. Lu

Gary McAdams, You do live in Paradise! Even though I lived in Florida my entire childhood I have never seen Key West. Wow The Romance of Key West! Sure would like to see Mel Fisher's museum and of course Hemingway's Home. After living for 30 + Years in the D.C. Suburbs I have finally come home to Florida. And the last few years of trying this new profession of Real Estate I'm going back to what comes very Natural to me.....................Design and Production of Beauty.........Buildings that I want to last hundreds of years. The Homes of the Key West with the tin roofs are great! they have allot of Palladian Influence. I have one one Water Color of a Key West Home that I love.

Yes, Everyone should build their own home at least once in their life. There is Great Satisfaction in it. It is a form of artistic expression!

Lu Kalaj.................."You are my kind of Girl".............WoW! You have some fantastic experience and live in Michigan............Every Area Has Its Own Aura. When I visited there in 93 to see the French Court Yard House I Designed You could feel the society creating and building. The legacy of Ford and Edison! The men there know how to pick up a hammer! Two thumbs up. I'm just getting the feel for blogging and did not see your resume. I was impressed to say the least. By the way I believe the Real Estate Company that worked with the Builder Gurka and Siler was Peterson and Peterson. They got a number of Doctors together to invest their money to produce a number of Homes. There is another one there I can't remember the street but it is near a Country Club. It has a Porte Cochere on the Ground Level and a Nature Area behind it where if a tree falls you are not allowed to pick it up. The home owner is a member of the country club. When she goes to "The Club" her friends there always want to leave and go to her house, a "French Normandy Styled Home" because it is nicer than the Country Club. There are some other homes on the street designed by a national plan shop but unfortunately they don't look as good as mine! Rather Common Ho Hum.
