As of October 15, 2012, there are seven units in Oceanside Inn, a premier Daytona Beach Shores condo-hotel.
Oceanside Inn's address is 1909 S Atlantic Ave., about a mile from the intersection with International Speedway Blvd.
For a 191-room oceanfront resort it is a very small number. Really very small…
Interestingly, in other condo-hotels the inventory is growing but this is not happening in Oceanside inn.
Today Oceanside Inn may not be the cheapest condo-hotel, but it looks like it ofers the best value.
Take, for example, unit 816. Direct oceanfront corner unit with 498 sf for only $59,900 is an excellent buy.
