When you look at my South Charlotte Real Estate Market Report for the 3rd quarter of 2012, you will discover that the real estate market in South Charlotte is ON THE REBOUND!  This highly desirable location of the Charlotte metropolitan area has transformed from a buyer's market to a SELLER'S MARKET!  

Of the 24 South Charlotte neighborhoods/areas showcased in my real estate market report, you'll find that 20 of those neighborhoods/areas are considered a seller's market, meaning that there is less than 6 months of inventory available.  A balanced real estate market is about 6 months of inventory; a seller's market is less than 6 months and a buyer's market is more than 6 months of inventory.  

In fact, 11 of those 20 hot seller's market neighborhoods would be considered an extreme seller's market - meaning there is LESS than 3 months of inventory.  On neighborhood is considered balanced, and 3 neighborhoods are still considered to be a buyer's market.

All this South Charlotte real estate market data proves that real estate really IS local!

Tammy, first of all, I  LOVE your new photo (maybe it's been there awhile - I've been away from AR for a while because of a family medical issue).  Yes, rebound is good - are you seeing this in Georgia?
