Well you know we're a little restaurant challenged here on Maui so any new places to eat are always welcome.  I had never even heard of Fatburger until we noticed it recently up at the Pukalani Terrace shopping center.  It's been open about 3 months, right where Subway used to be.

We had a couple of burgers and thought they were pretty good!  The fries were really yummy.  It wasn't too crowded and the place was nice and clean. Maybe I'm getting old, but it seemed like he music was way too loud, making it hard to hear anything, but they brought out our food so we didn't have to pay attention to our name getting called.  Maybe next time we'll sit outside and enjoy the ambience of the mall.  They are open Mon-Sun:10am-11pm.
