It's so annoying to hear people say that just becaue they get all their information from watching TV. I've heard several people say " No one can get a loan now", " The banks aren't giving anyone a mortgage", " You can only buy if you have cash", etc. Lenders always provide mortgages, and houses have been selling everyday.
The TV is a plethora of bad new, the spin they throw on the housing market makes it worse
