Market bits for Washington County, UT:

  • Single Family Residential Homes SOLD dropped by 28 from Aug 2012 to Sept. 2012 and are down 49 comparing Sept. 2011 to Sept 2012.
  • Single Family Residential Home LISTINGS dropped by 39 from Aug 2012 to Sept. 2012 and are down 123 comparing Sept. 2011 to Sept 2012. 
  • Notice of Defaults were comparable from August 2012 (52) to Sept. 2012 (49).
  • Trustee's Deeds (properties sold at the County Court steps) fell from 86 in Aug. 2012 to 47 in Sept. 2012.
