There are more than 75 art and craft vendors and many food vendors as well.

The proceeds of the Sun Fiesta will go towards the local charities, especially scholarships to 12 teenagers at $1000 each for colleges or trade schools

 

Date:  October 19, 2012 Friday

Time: 5:00pm – 9:30pm

Things to do: entertainment with live music and dance, beer and wine.

 

Date: October 20, 2012 Saturday   

Time: 8:30 am – 9:30pm

Things to do in Venice FL – Sun Fiesta are bed races, parade - former mayors of Venice and their wives will be riding in antique cars. 1926 American LaFrance fire engine Red old Betsy will be part of the parade. Grand marshal will be Venice Gondolier writer Fran Valencic. Volunteers from the Venice Art Center will help children with the crafts. Home Depot has a building project for the children. Bounce house, coloring contest, Miss Sun Fiesta Pageant to teens.

 

Date: October 21, 2012 Sunday

Time: 9:00am (Boy Scout breakfast with cost) 

Things to do begin at 12:00noon with music, Fiesta Idol with local talent

Admission & parking: Free

Location: Centennial Park 200 W Venice Av. Venice FL 34285
