These days everybody seems to have a smart phone and we are never without them . Even if we are not the most technology Savvy, like I am not , we can use these “apps “ that are available to us to use in our business to make us more productive and efficient in this 24/7 business of real estate and real estate lending . They are extremely simple to install , in fact on your phone look for the icon for apps . Once you find it , you can search for different apps. In fact you can search by business , most of these apps are free,. You just log into your own personal account and you can install them right away.

•  Drop Box – The absolute best way to access and share all of your files
• eKey – Open Supra lockboxes with your phone (be sure to update BEFORE you go into an area without cell coverage)
• Evernote : great application to save all your notes , messages , documents in one place .
•  MLS-Touch – The entire MLS. Active, pending, and sold homes, instant sales comps, InstaView, and showing instructions
• RECalc Free – Mortgage calculator Trulia Agent – Just for agents, manage contacts/leads and check into properties
• DocuSign – Review and distribute signed documents
• DocScanner 5.0 (or other scanner) – Take a picture of a document and convert to PDF. Take a Picture and send it as an attachment !
• Go To Meeing : attend webinars from your cell phone , I have used it many times .
• Scan bizcrds , great application for adding a contact , take a picture of the card or send you info to new contacts with a touch , syncs with outlook
• Yelp, great app to find great restaurants in the neighborhood , to give recommendations to the clients or take them out to quick lunch.
