Seasons 52 Restaurant
 
Preston Hollow and Park Cities residents are looking forward to the opening of Seasons 52 Restaurant at NorthPark Center, on October 29, 2012. The name of this restaurant is synonymous with its menu inspired by foods associated with the four seasons. Fifty-two refers the number of delicious wines available by the glass, as well as the fifty-two weeks in a year. Seasons 52 restaurants are now located in thirty-three cities around the United States.
 
Seasons 52 is described as a fresh grill and a wine bar. Master Sommeleir George Miliotes travels the world to find the best wines to complement the restaurant's seasonal menus. All items on Seasons 52's menu are under 475 calories. Fresh whole ingredients and portion control make it possible for the chefs to meet the 475 calorie count.
 
A few weeks ago, I dined at Seasons 52 in Plano and fell in love with the flavors in every bite of food that I sampled. I was with a large group, so we were able to enjoy a variety of items on the menu. Among my favorites were the delicious Flatbreads drizzled with heavenly sweet aged balsamic vinegar, Caramelized Sea Scallops, Cider Glazed Grilled Chicken Skewers, and Wood Roasted Pork Tenderloin.
 
Seasons 52 is well known for their mini desserts, referred to as "mini indulgences," served in shot glasses, which makes it easy to sample more than one dessert. Of course, that means you must share with someone at your table, if you want to keep your dessert caloric intake under 475 calories! I sampled the Carrot Cake, Belgian Chocolate Rocky Road and Pecan Pie with Vanilla Mousse. All were outstanding!
 
Seasons 52 is located between Neiman Marcus and Dillards on the south side on NorthPark Center.
 
This is a must try restaurant in my opinion!

Hello Sharon -- nice review or is it a preview of Seasons 52 -- I like the concept of the mini-desserts served in a shot glass --- clever idea and a great way to sample a few without overdoing it on the calories.

Good morning Sharon -

The Seasons 52 Restaurant sounds like a great place to relax and enjoy a great meal and glass of wine.  Not to forget dessert.  For now I will have to sit here at the Continental breakfast area and enjoy my bagel.  Just one of the joys of a road trip :)

We have a Season's 52 in King of Prussia near Philadelphia.....good meal, wasn't sure it was a franchise.
