October is Anti-Bullying Month.
Even Realtors get bullied – and no matter what it is NOT acceptable.
I was bullied by a 25 year veteran in the industry just recently. You think he would know better. Threats, Harsh comments, and name calling. I was left beat up and fearful. Heck, if this guy found out where I lived he might just come after me.
This was all over me not answering his phone call in a timely fashion. I point out that he talked to my partner several times that day. All was in good, his call was taken. He still came after me with his verbal tirade and threats. Yes, he did do the same to my partner – until after 10pm at night. He would not stop.
I was not prepared for the BULLY on the line.
I’ve been in the Real Estate Business for some time now and do know what I’m doing. I’ve made great strides in my business and achieved top production status. I have work ethics and respect for my fellow Realtors.
This guy – seriously - no excuse. You should know better. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day, year or whatever. STOP BULLYING
