We are in an interesting business where if you drill down one of the top reasons an agent got into the business . . . it was about the money.

And we wonder why real estate agents are constantly struggling against the consumer’s perception of us?

When the pure focus is on the money, it’s quite easy for the process to include manipulation to get to that all mighty dollar.

Don’t get me wrong, we are all in a “for profit” business, but experience shows us over and over again the agent that is professional, has integrity, and is focused on the experience of the consumer, their business not only thrives, it grows and endures.
