GEEKY 2.0, the new and improved IMSD course, has launched! Things kicked off with the Facebook for Personal Use class and Facebook for Business and Brand Building class. During the Facebook for Business and Brand Building class, IMSD Trainer - Chad Hyams shared some information about Facebook that most agents on the call didn't realize.
Chad brought up consumer interaction. He covered how and why consumers will interact with you or your business on Facebook. Your business page 'fans' (not friends) need to receive useful information as well as a reason to interact. The more they interact, the more value they see in your page and will continue to come back. There were 3 main reasons that someone would visit your business page:
