Multi-Family Residential & Commercial

The media has done an over kill in reference to the down market in residential single family housing market. One thing I don't hear a whole lot about is the field in which I specialize, multi-family. The multi-family market seems to go un-noticed in the media and a good number of investors miss this as well. Apartment buildings have been the number one investments for many years, even surpassing the stock market in returns on monies invested. With the residential single family housing tanking the way it is, the apartment business is continually strengthening. The vacancy rate has dipped to below 5%. Arizona is still the fasted growing state in the country and is showing no signs of slowing any time soon, making Arizona a great place for investors to invest in apartment communities

where yur pic Mark???

We built in Phoenix and left in late 2006 b/c it was getting bad, yet not as bad as Nevada, Ca, Florida.  We saw business come to a halt since we work with all the major home builders providing specialty concrete services.  AZ has some better market then Phoenix but from what we saw prices rose to high to fast.  I hope things are getting better for your guys but I fear many want be buying retirement homes till we get a stable economy.
