Tony wants everyone to think that the price of RE is fine and that everyone should continue to think there is no end to the sky-rocketing prices.  Well, I'm in the mortgage business and there is a disturbing situation hitting us all at one time.  Adjustable rate mortgage clauses are kicking in just when the cost of energy is going out of control.  Something must give.  Foreclosures are up dramatically and you have not seen the beginning of it all. Home prices continue to be due for a major correction until salaries can catch up (that's likely 10 years of stagnation (again)). If Tony allows this post to be published, then maybe he is not Baloney; just an optimist...
