Great advice!
We have to take care of ourselves and our pets!
We take care of our dog - everything checked and up to date. The bill, however, is larger than when I go to the doc!
Patty, I take my bird annually for checkups ... it's so important. As I mentioned in my recent blog post ... early detection is key. It can make a life-saving difference.
Patty,
Lovely story with a happy ending. We have some vets that are doing teeth cleaning without anasthesia, apparently there is a technique that works for those creatures who cannot handle the drugs....Our cats get their teeth cleaned. A

You make a great point pets need regular check ups.
Good luck and success.

Good evening Patty. This is an important post and The reminder is essential. Glad Zeus is okay and that you shared his story.
Now isn't that a coincidence. I went in for unrelated tests and they found a spot on my lung for which I am doing a follow up. I need to talk to Zeus :)
Patty, what a darling picture. We just lost our 2 so I can more than ever appreciate this story.
Margaret, I know, it’s nuts!
Kathleen, sure is!
Alexandra, oh wow, I’ve never heard of that. That must be a project.
Lou, they sure do.
Sheila, it is essential, you’re right.
Jane, aww I hope everything is ok! You and Zeus can talk it over.
Chris and Dick, isn’t it? I love it. I’m so sorry to hear that. I lost mine over a year ago and am still heartbroken.
