Two pending contracts and a new listing is a good way to end the week.

The below land listing consisting of 0.86 acres is now pending. The buyer plans to build a log home on this property. The mountain views are fantastic and overlooks Big Levels and Richlands. Property is located only three miles from downtown Lewisburg.
