If you listen to those whose job it is to project the demise of real estate you will think......THIS IS IT!  IT IS OVER WE ARE GOING DOWN!  Those of us that are veterans of this real estate market know better than that.  How many times have you said about real estate or a hot stock, I wish I go in when it was cheaper?  How many people say I wish I got into Apple or Microsoft then I would be rich!

Well in real estate those opportunities happen in cycles!  We just left the "bull" market were pretty no matter what you do you make money (like the tech bubble).  Appraisals, common sense didnt matter (stock evaluations) and sooner or later that bubble bursts!  You also have to remember the higher and more inflated it gets the farther the pull back will be!

There are opportunites in this market place RIGHT NOW that could enhance the lives of not just you, but EVERYONE IN YOUR LINEAGE FOR GENERATIONS TO COME!  Did you miss the other booms?  WELL DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!  Dont say nobody told you because I am telling you!  TEN YEARS FROM NOW YOU WILL LOOK AT THIS OPPORUNITY AND SMILE OR HAVE A MAJOR FROWN!

Be like the NIke man, JUST DO IT!  I am here to tell you JUST DO SOMETHING!  You wont be dissappointed!

Doom.  We are in a recession but this happens.  How does this relate to SEO.

Bust or boom Elgin, someone is always successful during the times. So just work hard, be smart, adapt, and you'll be fine.
