Halloween Ghost Tours in Brooksville, Florida
The May-Stringer Heritage Museum at 601 Museum Court in downtown Brooksville, Florida, offers its popular ghost tours every Friday and Saturday from 8 pm to 8 pm in October!
The museum was home to pioneer John May over 150 years ago and since 1981 houses the heritage museum with many artifacts and memorabilia from around the area. Legend has it that the home is still occupied by some of its former residents and you have a chance to find out for yourself! Ghost tours are by reservation only and you can call 352-799-0129. Admission is $20.
Completing the ghostly experience, the May-Stringer Heritage Museum will also hold a weekend of "Spooktacular" fun on November 2nd and 3rd from 7 pm to 11 pm on the museum's grounds. This event will include museum tours, outdoor activities, story telling, food and entertainment.
The May-Stringer Heritage Museum operates as a non-profit organization and relies on donations and volunteers for its operations. Special events are held throughout the year!
