It is Halloween and your house is for sale. You can still decorate your home but don't scare the buyers away!  Avoid all really scary decorations, spiders, rats and zombies. Remember, you want the buyers looking how nice your house is. You don’t want they get distracted with your stuff.

Pumpkins and mums are recommended! The decorative lanterns on your front door or around trees can be a great help to show your yard. The buyers will feel welcome and your house will look cozy. Also, leave some candies inside a nice bowl on the kitchen table, treat your buyer!
