The Anthem real estate market continues to maintain a solid pace heading into the fall/winter season. The total number of homes sold in the Parkside in September was slightly higher than August’s total. There are now 111 homes on the market in the Parkside at this time. So we’re starting to see more sellers test the waters. The average sale price increased over August, but the average price per square foot of homes sold dipped a little versus August. However, we continue to see increases year over year. So keep an eye on that figure to get a clear picture of the trend. Currently there are 115 homes under contract, in the Parkside.
