October 19 - Hayrides from East Franklin Shopping Center on the Highlands Rd. from 3pm until 6pm.
After school treats for kids in East Franklin Shopping Center from 3pm - 5pm. This is on the Highlands road in Franklin, NC. Kids visit all the local businesses for Halloween treats. Event is held every year.
