Ride Around The Farm

 Ride Around The Farm

Six year old Evan pulled up in his golf cart said, “ Hop in Mac, let’s take a ride around the farm.” Of course being a big kid at heart I thought nothing of it and jump on board.  Evan drove me around his stocked pond, the barns and into the woods for a full tour of his Alabama place.  Nothing like a kid behind the wheel to make a ride around the farm a big adventure.

John- What a fun picture! He looks so proud holding onto the wheel. That golf cart looks like it could go off roading!

John, I was expecting an old-fashioned hayride, but I guess a golf cart could be equally or more attractive to a child, both young and old ;-)

Sounds like a lot of fun John and great photo of the two of you.  That "kid" is probably going to be driving a tractor soon and I'm sure you'll enjoy the heavy equipment tour as well, next time you visit.

Hi John - What a great grandparent experience! My daughter Stacie once gave me a ride in her 800hp Honda CRX dragster, which is why my hair is a lot greyer now. Our respective experiences kind of bridge the gap between fun and terrifying.
