My wife loaded this book by Mark Batterson on my Kindle Fire(title up above) and it is pretty good. In the book Mark discusses praying blessings on your children and instead of waiting to see what the future holds for your kids help shape their future.

Here is a verse in Lamentations 2:19 that Mark quotes, "Rise during the night and cry out. Pour out your hearts like water to the Lord. Lift up your hands to him in prayer, pleading for your children".

My prayer life for my kids is certainly changing as I read this book!

Umm very interesting I pray for my children everyday with the way things are these days we better pray but that s what my folks said also.
