Today’s word is Happiness.

I have found that many people feel that if they do a particular something it will, by design, make them happier. I don't find this to be true.  I speak from personal experience, so I can't say for sure that this will work for others

Life really is short.  3 1/2 years ago, life for me was pretty good and then I got dragged by an SUV, ran through a fence and almost cut in 1/2.  Wow, is right!

You never know when things could go awry and change your life or the life of others.  You need to find happiness in the things that  you are doing now, not what may come to be.

If you're not happy now, chances are when you get what you want, you won't be happy then either.  I've met people that were miserable who have said to me that when they make X amount of money, they will be happy.

Guess what, they made the money and now they are miserable people with some cash in their pocket.

Find enjoyment and happiness now and you'll have it later too.
