So many choices in video editing software!

What do you use?

I have been struggling with trying out several new video editing software packages. The latest one that I am running in the trial version is Sony’s Movie Studio Platinum. It is similar to the Sony Pro version that I’ve used in the past and loved working with. Because of the proprietary file format of my Sony camera, I am limited in my selection of software. So the experimentation continues.

How about you?

What video editing software are you using in the production of your Real Estate Videos?

Hi Tom - I'm using Sony Vegas 11, which is the version previous to their current one, but it runs on Windows XP, which the current one doesn't, and I got it cheap on Amazon. Plus, it's one of the programs that Craig Daniel's video class has training modules for. So far, I like it.

Hi Tom, I'm using ArcSoft Media Impression which is by Kodak and came with my camera. It's simple but works.

I just tried a ArcSoft trial version, it works pretty well but the window was a little difficult for me to work with Silvia.
