Who: Kids and Families are invited!
What: "Trick or Treat the Merchants" where children who are dressed in costume receive treats from participating businesses.
When: Saturday, October 27, 2012 - 2:00 - 4:00PM
Where: Participating businesses will have a flyer posted in their window.
