You will have great neighbors (I can say that with authority), if you have an elementary school child it's almost a daily social gathering in the morning at the bus stop. Currently 18 children get on the bus here every day. Yearly there is a community party on Magruder and Halloween is amazing. People trek to our side of town to see all of the grand homes decorated in full and with really good candy too.
During a snow storm it's all hands on deck.
