The Wesley Glen Retirement Community WELLness Center is hosting an open house on Thursday, November 1, 2012. 2:00pm-4:00pm. Learn about the WELLness center and how you and your friends can join. All ages are welcome. Be sure to ask how you can receive a one month free membership during your visit. The afternoon schedule is as follows:
2:00-2:30pm - Water Aerobics Demonstration at the pool
2:15-3:15pm - Fitness Equipment Demonstration in the Fitness Center
2:30-3:15pm - Zumba demonstration in the Education Center
3:00-4:00pm - Open swim in the pool
3:30-3:45pm - Meet in the Education Center for a Balance and Fall demonstration class
