Reuben, thanks for a FREE new tool to try at open house!
That's not a bad idea. Great way to add a new flavor to open houses.
Cool, looks like a great tool at open houses
This is a great idea to interact with open house visitors . .great job Reuben
Our open houses are full motion video with natural audio available 24 / 7 and not just a few hours on a weekend to have busy buyers squeeze in to see. Whatever works in the market you are in is key. Super addition to the open door, take a look tour though!
Excellent! Really awesome to use for open houses!
Thanks! This is an great idea. It's different and real value for the client and it makes you look like a hero to the seller.
Thank you. A regular open house can get pretty boring and stale. This looks like a good tool.
Michelle -- you're welcome, glad to help you boost your marketing.
Aaron -- exactly! This helps to throw something new and unique to your marketing toolbox.
Fernando, Jon, and Christine -- a big thank you! YES, you hit the nail on the head! It's not just an simple note sheet, but a different and creative way to engage a conversation. If you notice notes on a buyers note sheet, that's big signal and an ice breaker! You can clearly infer two things: 1) he/she likes it or 2) he/she doesn't like. They wrote something meaning they felt one way or the other. Then next step is for you to say "I see you found the note sheet helpful, what did you like or dislike about the home?" Glad I can help!!
Brilliant idea!
Awesome way to pull the prospective clients into the moment. By making them a part of the experience, allowing them to share their thoughts and feelings on the property, they start making an instant connection. Smart, smart, and did I mention... smart idea?
These are a great idea. We haven't done open houses in a long time, however I will keep this in mind. What a great idea.
