Great overview of Overland Cove. Those are pretty low HOA fees compared to what we see here - typically $200 - $400/month). So how about a video, too?!

Thank you for your comments and support...Overland Cove is a little secret near my office in the Village of Providence and I don't think that will last long.  Prices are very reasonably and the location is perfect.

Nick, Overland Cove has some great amenities...I especially like that the HOA fees includes common ground maintenance, clubhouse & pool, yard maintenance, pest control, termite contract, exterior water.....never heard of the latter being included in HOA fees.  Also like that the townhomes have two car rear entry with covered verandas and private courtyards.  the prices are very affordable.
