When I was out on the west coast visiting my daughter last month, we took a trip down the coast line into Oregon.  Along the way we stopped at different points to see the scenery and views.  That particular day, the surf was rough.  At this overlook, the waves were splashing onto the rocks and getting all of us wet.  I happened to capture the wave just as it was hitting the rocks.  (That doesn't happen too often.  The photo shot I mean.)

Hi Brigita, Wow great picture of the ocean hitting the rocks. Many times you can see the seals and the sea lions along the coast. I adore traveling On CA-1 up the coast but have never gone into Washington or Oregon but I would like to someday. Great photo.
