Come to a Google+ Hangout On Air this coming Thursday, October 25, 2012 9:00 a.m. PDT and watch as I interview and showcase a glass sculptor, Bernard Katz of Benard Katz Glass  from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania  and share his beautiful work.

The show will be live streaming on Google+ as well as Youtube. 

The event will be archived and you can watch it anytime on my youtube channel. Right now our practice video is up and we learned from that and have modified for the live show on Thursday.  The link final link can be used by the artist later for sharing his work on his website and introducing future customers to his studio in Philadelphia. 

Start thinking about a business, product or service in your community you could host a hangout on air for and really create a loyal alliance.   Knowing how to produce the hangout on air event and create buzz with social media WILL set you above the competition. Once the word gets out, many businesses in the community will be coming to you to network. 

Hangouts On Air are FREE and a tool to be utilized by a real estate agents, lenders, title representatives, interior decorators or stagers. The show is recorded on YOUR individual youtube channel connected to your Google+ account and archived there so when the business is sharing the link, the consumer is directed back to your channel as a community specialist.  The profile information on your channel can link right to your website and you are then connected through GIVING valuable information about your area.  You ARE the area specialist sharing Localism around the world.

I highly suggest you think about creating a weekly hangout on air with first time buyers with a lender, title company, inspector, insurance agent and go through the process.  Present properties on the screen share and get known as the power agent in your city.  Having a "Deal of the Week" hangout on air would create such interest, investors would want to subscribe to your youtube channel for the latest and greatest in values around the area and participate in events that you could do LIVE from the house.

Thursday, October 25, 2012 9:00 a.m. PDT Join us at a hangout on air featuring Bernard Katz, International Glass Sculptor  with his studio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The event area of google+ is amazing as you can add photos to create more interest in your presentation and you can invite people from Google+ that are in your local area that you don't even know.  The event has a url link and you can create a pin on pinterest to share your current events on your community Pinterest board. 

There are so many exciting ways to share your community activity and really shine as an area expert. Come on over and start the journey as it will be fun!  Take your blog to the next level with LIVE streaming of your events on youtube through Google+!
