Sounds like a great area to keep an eye on for buyers. Currently since there are no homes for sale in The Wisteria Subdivision and only one has sold in all of 2012 and was only on the market for 8 days it shows this could be a high demand area!

Anita, Another beautiful subdivision.  People must love it there too since only one home has sold in there this year. Hope they have lots of Wisteria growing in the Wisteria subdivision (LOL) I love Wisteria

Bobbie...I love the look of Wisteria but I am allergic to it so if I touch it I break out...found that out the hard way a few summers ago!
