Today’s word is Adapability.

This is so important to you as a person, that without this ability you will most likely languish and become stagnant.

Being adaptable allows you to change and grow to suit a specific situation.  It allows you to become a part of what's happening around you if you so choose to be.

It is also the mark of a great leader because there are always challenges and obstacles in your way.  Some of them are there because they are put there to stop you from succeeding (we all know people like that!) and others happen because of the very nature of what it is that you are striving for.

Being adapable is a key ingrediant to moving forward in all walks of your life.  IMHO.
