I am glad we don't have that many short sales here. I have done a few and they have been very long tedious treks. Every local needs an agency that can do a solid job with them.

Hi Dick - patience is definitely a key word when purchasing or selling a short sale property.   It appears in Loveland CO the number of this segment of the distressed sale market may be decreasing so it remains very important to choose your real estate representation wisely and Fort Collins, Loveland and beyond that would be Mary and Dick Greenberg.
