Overrated and Underrated. October 24, 2012
Overrated - Ranch Dressing on Wings. I love me some wings, I truly do. But, ranch? Try Blu cheese next time. It's the best! Ranch can go kick rocks.
Underrated - Referrals. Having a friend, relative or past client call and say "Hey, I know someone who's looking to buy/sell a house. Can you help them out?" is and awesome testimonial to what you do.

Now I'm hungry and I only have ranch dressing in the house. Oh well, I'll just settle.
Both great points Eric. I thought it wasn't a real wing if you didn't use blue cheese anyway. As for referrals, there is no better testimony to how well you have done your job with past clients than to have them refer you.
Eric, I don't always agree with you, but tonight we're 2 for 2. Referrals are the absolute BEST! You're hired before you step in the door, all you got to do is live up to the reputation :)
I have to say... blue cheese... fine with me, love the stuff.... but I'd really rather have bonessless fake wings. Wings take WAY too much work.

Tammy, I used to think that way about boneless wings, but more often than not, they're too dry and crunchy.
