Cindy, these are great ideas. I am not a video blogger (still not in my comfort zone) however these ideas can be used for regular blogging also
Great ideas for videos to promote almost any business. But what if my pet is a VAMPIRE BAT???
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Thanks Cindy, I found this from Michelle's reblog, video is an essential marketing and educational tool that I need to work on until I get good at it.
Better late than never Cindy Lou - this information is still valuable! D
Half of our video views are from buyers that are far away, love the prices but hungry for local community event videos. Produce the "what it is like" in the local area videos on a regular basis and watch your email server heat up. The phone to ring pretty much non stop with the power of real, show and tell video! Why the fear of real estate video production that lingers? Time and the learning curve. But as you get better at simple, consistent videos, you realize it is a quicker way to connect, deliver the local property listing, area information!
Hi Bob, practice makes perfect so they say. I've gotten great comments on a video that I thought was just so horrible...but yet a consumer really loved it. Sometimes we are way to hard on ourselves. That said...it is always good to watch and learn from some of those that are just really good at it..and practice!
Hi Debb, whoooeeeeeeeee! Thank you for the feature! I now know that I can and SHOULD post to your group when discussing video..even if there is not video in the post :)
Hi Andrew, so true and well said. I know when I was moving to another state several years back, I would have loved to have lots of video available for me to get a true picture of neighborhoods and homes. I have a buyer in California who really loved the video I just did of a home she really liked. From me walking through the home and giving her the view that she was walking through it, she ended up making an offer. I did get a nice stabilizer bar that I used that gave the video more of a gliding affect and let me pan around the room easily without shaking. Loving that!
Cindy, I can't believe that I missed this very helpful post about ideas for making videos. Thank you for including me in your content and I thought that it was a terrific post. Congratulations on having the post FEATURED and best wishes always. XO!
Hi Richard, You are most welcome. Lots of folks can learn by your great example..myself included!
