Spooked by the LACK of Halloween Spirit in your Phoenix Home

With the cooler weather settling in and the later dawns and earlier dusks, Metro Phoenix is noticing the little signs that we are moving into the Autumn season.  With that comes the thrill of Halloween - yet, there are still a few Phoenicians who have not ghoulified their home.  GOOD NEWS!  The Assistance League Thrift Shop is ready for whatever you need.  This thrift shop has been ready for Halloween in anticipation of the most participated in holiday - making sure that they are stocked in all of the creepy and fun options that the holiday has to offer.

Assistance League Thrift Shop

Located at 7044 North 7th Street in Phoenix, AZ - the store hours are from Tuesday thru Friday from 9:30a - 3:30p and Saturdays from 9:30a - 1:30p.  The store volunteers are ready to serve all of your Halloween (or, ANY holiday for that matter) needs.  For more information on their Halloween supply or anything Assistance League, please visit their website.

Anna,  Thrift stores are a great place to find those fun Halloween outfits.  I bet you are dressing up this year.  Let me see, would you be a giant banana?

Belinda now that would be way to easy for me! We've got tons of Banana stuff.   I've already been to one Halloween party (Murder Mystery) and my part was a housekeeper - frumpy french maid that had 5 dead husbands and despised everyone.  It was hilarious!   Guess where I got some of the costume.....you got it. Thrift store!

You can find some really neat stuff at those stores.  There's one right in the same shopping center as our real estate office, so I often pop by and see what they have.

Cute title Anna, you got me. I also think thrift shops are good for holiday decorations and such. I'll bet you love to go all out with the decorations - just a guess. ;)

Hi Anna - Mary scarified up the front of our home with the usual ghosts and huge spiders and stuff, and then we had a couple of days of big winds - the 60 mph gust type big winds. Everything came down, and we were going to put it back up yesterday evening, but then it started snowing. Maybe Saturday.

Anna-what a great idea shopping in a thrift shop for a costume and perhaps finding something that you wouldn't ordinarily pay retail for. Excellent!

Good idea to check out the thrift shops in all our areas...they are always fundraising for their particular interest group.

For some reason, we don't have a lot if homes decorated up for Hslloween. There are tons of activities throughout the county, maybe that's why. I hope you'll share some photographs of yours with us! Maybe we will get some ideas for next year.
