232 Comments on Not Using Google+? - Why Your Real Estate Competition Will Crush You
Hi Bill,
Thanks for your informative post, I will have to relook at my google+. Here is my link to my page,https://plus.google.com/108665513948249074300/about
Thanks
Great post Bill! Actually, I was just found by a new client on Google + from Georia! He wanted a green realtor in the Phoenix area and bam - there you have it!! Timely post for sure. Happy 2013!
Bill, I guess G+ is a new trick that this old dog will have to learn... thanks for the info.
Thanks Bill, I will consider but have always been leery of Google. I don't think many read their privacy policy. These guys are masters at collecting our personal information which I have blogged about in the past. It was nearly a year ago when attorney generals from 36 states were filing suit against them for privacy violations. I realize to be successful online you have to sleep with these guys but what are the consequences? Why do I need to authorize them to collect my personal information using "tools" they download on my computer and phone just to have a Google account? Makes one feel like a guest star on "Person of Interest"
Larry - all this privacy talk about various websites often puzzles me. Unless you are doing something illegal on your computer who really gives a rats #$@ what Google knows about you. Does it really matter?
Bill all of this is very overwhelming. I am using Google plus, but probably as not as well as I should.
Which part is confusing you Gene? I can try to help.
Love the "abundance mentality" principles. Sharing, giving, adding VALUE (not just marketing).
That's my focus for 2013.
G+ me at myfirst30k
See you on Google!
Bill - I am using google+, but have not integrated into my real estate business yet. Thanks for the information about google+.
Chad & John - I hope to see you both over at Google Plus!
Bill your da man, thanks again.
thanks for this info on the importance of Google Plus. I, too, have an account but have not started doing anything with it. Now I will.
Good move Judit! Every Real Estate agent should be using Google Plus daily!
Bill,
Two years ago someone at Raincamp in Orlando said,...be Google Everything. I got too busy trying to do face time with my clients after trying to establish myself on AR that got me out of that loop. I now know that Google anything as well as being with clients is not easy but important. I get it!
Bill, After I read this, I jumped on my site. I couldn't figure it out, so I called IHouseElite and they weren't able to help since it's a template. So...now I have to find an alternative method. I know there is one.
Hi Linda - I am not following you. What is a template?
Your blogs are like Gold to a Realtor Newbie!! Thank-you, Thank-you!! Just posted a blog Google+ on being a Realtor newbie, going to post it here too. Havent figured out how to link them yet. Mahalo!! (thank-you in Hawaiian)
Thanks Kela I am glad you enjoyed the article on Google Plus. It is certainly one of the most important social networks to be using.
Bill, very informative post. I ever printed it out to be sure I was getting the most out of Google+.
I agree people don't understand GOOGLE+ is GOOGLE.
Mike there is no better social media site for real estate than Google Plus!
