Demand for the single family homes in the Fields at Draper has picked up a bit in January, but there is still plenty of competition in this neck of the woods. Buyer's are more picky at the moment and are looking for good deals. Pricing in the area is suggestive of second home buyers $279,950 - $319,900. Demand and pricing for these will stay pretty even due to them being in the lower price range for Draper.  These make great homes for buyers looking to get into Draper and not spend a fortune.
