Title Insurance is Fun!

Yeah, I said it... Title Insurance IS Fun! ....ok, well maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration on my part but, it just shows that I love what I do and who I work with both co-workers and clients alike.

It all goes back to my theory of doing business as and with a team.

When you're buying or selling a home (or even refinancing your current mortgage) you should have a team around you of people that you know, like (fun), and trust representing your biggest investment and asset.

If someone love's what they do and has a little fun - 9 times of out 10 they're probably pretty darn good at it. These are the exact people that you want to work with or at least I know I do. Here at Franklin we've built a family within our staff and our clients are an extension of that. Actually most of my greatest relationships and friendships have been formed with my client base over the years. That was what I envisioned in building Franklin Title Agency - Not creating an assembly line with robots operating everything.

In Closing (my favorite word), always remember that when you're buying or selling a home (or even refinancing your current mortgage) - You should always create a team with and for you! This is including your Realtor, your Mortgage Loan Officer, your homeowneers insurance, your inspector, and your title insurance / closing company. It's always good to have a team that you know, like (fun), and trust around you and for you at the closing table to hold your hand till the end.
