We want to celebrate a closing of an escrow by supporting the community that the home belongs to. So we want to invest in the neighborhoods we work. So when you use the Move & Give Program through Gold Star Group we will donate 10% of our commission to the school of your choice at the close of escrow, whether you are BUYING ALPINE REAL ESTATE or SELLING ALPINE REAL ESTATE.

For each school to receive the most benefit the donation should be donated through the Alpine Education Foundation and earmarked for your particular school whether it be Creekside Early Education Center, Shadow Hills Elementary, Boulder Oaks Elementary, Alpine Elementary, Mountain View Home School, Joan MacQueen Middle School, The Heights Charter School or Julian Charter School or even one of the many Preschools. You of course could even earmark what you want the money spent on (this works best when coordinated with the school principal).
