It was President Harry Truman who kept a plaque on his desk in the oval office stating ‘THE BUCK STOPS HERE’...!!!

That was then, this is now...

President Obama has shielded himself from ‘THE BUCK’ by appointing CZARS for every aspect of executive responsibility that falls under the aegis of the WHITE HOUSE...essentially insulating himself from blame when something backfires...

That is the essence of the tragedy of Benghazi...

They will debate the who, what, when, how, and why of this tragic event, but the deaths of 4 American public servants will forever ‘memorialize’ all that is wrong with government gone awry...!!!

After all, we elected a PRESIDENT, a COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF...not a CHIEF DELEGATOR, or CEO OF AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY...

Whoever sits in the oval office must sit there comfortably or otherwise and assume their role as LEADER OF THE FREE WORLD...

There is no shame in DOING YOUR BEST in the face of difficult situations regardless of the outcome, but there is great disgust for those who sit there dodging personal responsibility when something as tragic as Benghazi takes place, all the while jumping in to take credit for the good things that occur providentially...!!!

While democrat talking heads spew their circulated points, and cite a few recent statistics that show even the most modest changes signalling that times are improving...high gas prices, escalating food prices, cost of other essential goods rising out of control, and many still unemployed or underemployed while health care costs, prescription drugs, and costs of other essential services continue to spiral...all symbolize why we need new direction in our Beloved America...!!!

BUT... Benghazi is the tip of the iceberg...It is the straw that broke the camel’s back...it is the coup de gras of a failed presidency...

I know this will tee off about half of voting Americans who voted for him in 2008...That’s not the BIG ISSUE here either...!!!

You know, it’s not the 47 million on food stamps that turn my stomach nor the many who need other government assistance of various sorts, but the numerous people all around me that have suffered and are still suffering from a lousy economy and a failed four years of this administration, and whose votes, up to now, have been taken for granted...

This November 6.......

There is an opportunity for REDEMPTION, for RECONCILIATION, for ATONEMENT...

Let’s NOT let the BUCK PASS US...!!!

VOTE FOR ROMNEY/RYAN and Hope and Change we can count on...!!!

Fran - the more facts come out, and they're not coming out fast enough due to the complicitness of the media, (except Fox News) the more it's evident that American lives could have been spared.

I know the left likes to belittle and dismiss Fox News, but without it, we'd be in the dark about this. The government should release that man who made that video that almost nobody saw.

Yolanda: I have some democrat friends that truly believe the leftist propaganda that they have been fed by the secular media...I guess if you drink enough kool aid it starts tasting like champagne...!!!

I also know several democrats who have seen the light and converted to the tried and true ideals of conservatism...!!!

Benghazi is but one more in a long long long series of failed policies and screw ups...!!! Like I said, any human being is capable of a failure here and there, but when a pattern of negligent and imprudent actions belie this administrations abilities to achieve success, abrupt change is necessary...!!!

And Iran/Contra pales when compared to the fiasco at our southern borders ignored by our Attorney General, and even Watergate seems a mere misdemeanor or gaffe in reflection to the current miserable failure in leadership...out and out impeachable offenses and unamerican behavior...!!!

The buck must stop, and stop quickly...!!!

Excuse me Fran, you do realize that Obama has deported more 'illegals' in 4 years than Bush did in 8, right? As for the rest, completely empty rhetoric.

Why in the world would I want to put in charge a "Wall Street Guy" when Wall Street was one of the major reasons we're in this mess AND why would I want a president that has the same foreign policy advisers as Bush?

Four Americnans were killed by Mr. Not Optimal. His entire presidency is Not Optimal. I do not say he personally knew anythign about the actual attack. That would require paying attention, but his policies at his State Department got these men killed.

Just by your standards Karl it is okay to murder people as long as it isn't as bad or as many as the other party? Crimes are fine as long as you can point out something, anything to distract from what is going on?

Oh, I'm not saying it's ok, I'm saying that all administrations make mistakes and that the Benghazi screw-up pales in comparison to Reagan's Iran/Contra Scandal, Clinton's BJ and Bush's invasion of Iraq.

BTW, didn't Ryan vote against additional funding for embassy and consulate security?

Karl: Romney is more a Main Street Guy than a Wall Street Guy. BTW, What is wrong with Wall Street...is Capital a bad thing...??? School Strret and Pennsylvania Avenue are more responsible for our mess than Wall Street...!!!

Bush's foreign policy kept us safe from terrorism for 7 years...Colin Powell, Condoleeza Rice, Ambassador Bolton, were, among others, part of Bush's foreign policy group...!!!

If Obama gets reelected will he blame the mess we're in on the president who presided over the past 4 years...???

Karl - If memory serves me, Reagan took responsibility for the Iran Contra scandal. The Tower Commission didn't find direct link to Reagan, nor did they find that he had knowledge to the extent that happened.

If facts still matter, Congress approved the invasion of Iraq, to include votes from the dems, 64% of Americans were for it, the US, including your beloved UK, Australia and Poland participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. It didn't happen in a vacuum, Karl. To this day, I don't think GWB blamed anybody else for whatever happened during his terms in office.

0bama, God Bless him, may not have known personally what happened on the very first day of the Benghazi attact. Let's say he was still in a bubble and didn't know on the second day when he went off to his campaign fundraising. But why has he not demanded that this be investigated to the fullest extent? Heads should be rolling by now, but he continues to go on pop shows with no care as to what happened... only that he gets re-elected.

Let's have some honest discussion, Karl. Paul Ryan didn't vote against embassy security literally, and you know it.

Lastly, are you saying that 0bama doesn't court Wall Street guys to help his administration and to fund his campaign? 0bama himself said on Leno that he wasn't good in math-- that's probably why he won't release his college transcripts, and more importantly why he spends more than the government takes.

Thanks for fleshing out the details...Of course dems are never going to let the details get in the way of a good chance to capitalize on a catastrophe...!!!

What the President has shown, and what should be apparent in this election, is that he has not merely made a few mistakes, but his whole ideology and thought process is severely flawed...!!! The pattern becomes more obvious as time goes on...!!!

The Media is what is wrong with America PLAIN AND SIMPLE, they have folks believe fiction as fact and no one seems to care to get the facts.

Although I am a Conservative Democrat I watch all news outlets and see what is what. I don't care for Shawn Hannity but I do think that Rush Limbaugh is factual and truthful. I find CNN to be more on world view of things but the MSNBC, CBS AND ABC are no longer prevalent unless you want to check local crime reports, weather and whether the food stamp office will be open.
