Equator recently launched a new version of our agent workstation, EQagent. Over the past few months, we have migrated users into EQagent in an effort to better serve your needs.
We are pleased to announce the completion of the migration phase. Beginning on Wednesday, October 31st our newest free-upgrade will replace the old version and we will be be removing access to the old version of the agent workstation. For a list of the new features, the user guide, and other resources visit the Support link in the right-hand corner of the EQagent workstation, or the EQagent overview page.
