There are some condo communities nearby that are more of an affordability community, where this is a lifestyle condo (2 bedrooms). The single family homes in the area are older and smaller, then there is the commercial.

This particular community is quiet, clean and the HOA is well run.

Salt Lake is not like most Metro areas. I lived in Phila and Miami, there are no scary areas here, I wouldn't live in some areas, but there are no scary ones.
